First American, through its commitment to improve the home buying experience, has developed several programs designed to accommodate both the needs of, and the very diverse locations of, today's home buyers. To accommodate the diverse locations of your buyers, we utilize our nationally maintained database of qualified Notaries located in a wide range of locations to better serve your home buyer. This network of approved Notaries is designed for the purpose of meeting your buyer at their preferred location when they aren't able to come to your designated closing office. Once the remote signing has taken place, the closing documents will then be returned to a location of your choosing for the final touches to be performed so that the closing and recording of your transaction can occur in a timely fashion.
We can also design a program around the utilization of First American's vast network of escrow/closing offices located throughout the US. When using these offices, arrangements are made to have a First American employee both meet and complete the closing with your home buyer which streamlines the final phase of their home purchase and provides the buyer with a seamless and positive closing experience.
