Property Tax Disclosures
After monthly mortgage payments, property taxes are the next largest financial obligation a homebuyer has. Full disclosure for property taxes is now available. For the builder at DRE application to notifying buyers of supplemental tax bills to come, we have the report for you.
Subdivision Tax Report : Tax Analysis to Complete Form RE624 section 18 includes:

New Home Tax Disclosure Report includes:
- Complete breakdown of property tax bill for new home buyer
- Required Notice of Special Tax and/or Notice of Special Assessments

Notice of Supplemental Property Tax Report
- Estimate of Supplemental Tax amounts and number of bills a buyer will receive.
