HomebuilderFirst (HB1) is First American's Land Acquisition Transaction Management System. It is designed specifically for home builders and is now available through the National Homebuilder Services Division of First American Title. Utilizing HB1, direct participants as well as those who simply need to be kept "in the loop" can both be kept "up to date" from anywhere in the world with just a click of the mouse. Some of the many features of HB1 include:
