Every one of our closing staff is an expert in their respected field. Our division is structured in a way that allows us to do your closings regionally and/or locally depending on your requirements.
On the individual lot sales we have created branch offices that are builder specific so that other types of real estate transactions are not inter-mingled with yours. We call these branches "New Homes Centers" where the focus is solely on the builder and the builder's homebuyer. We have even taken it a step further by creating well defined business practices that will enhance your homebuyers overall closing experience.
First American understands that a negative closing experience can ruin the overall opinion that a home buyer has about the builder, even though, in essence, it wasn't the builder's fault. That's why First American is the first company to create a team of specialists, called "closing assistants", whose sole purpose is to help your customers at each phase of their closing process. These closing assistants are more than just a notary. They proactively communicate with your buyers to answer their questions and ease their concerns. This highly interactive and personalized approach allows us to help you achieve higher customer satisfaction ratings.
